For those unaware, Epic Games first mentioned the first person mode during their State of Unreal event in March 2024, but didn’t provide a specific release date.

When will Fortnite’s first person mode be released?

The Fortnite PlayStation Cup is back, and this time both core game modes are in the mix. The PlayStation Cup has a $250,000 prize pool and is open to all Fortnite regions around the world. In addition to cash prizes, participants will also receive a pair of exclusive sprays. Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming PlayStation Cup tournament.

First, you must reach Bronze status in any ranked mode to be eligible Eligible for PlayStation Cup Battle Royale and Zero Build competitions. Each game mode has its own level, so you’ll need a bronze medal in both modes. Otherwise you will not be able to participate in tournaments on PlayStation.

These stand-alone battle royales and zero-build races give fans of both game modes everything they could want. Each game mode has two separate qualifiers. The top 50 Battle Royale and Zero Build qualifier teams advance to the PlayStation Cup Fortnite Finals.

The scoring system is similar to previous Fortnite tournaments, but with a slight change. Starting this month, players can earn points by opening vaults and capturing POIs in gaps. These are additional methods on top of the traditional elimination and placement points.
